Baby Maya turned 5 months last week. Her respiratory issues got worse before they got better, which resulted in an ER visit. After the ER visit, we gave her the higher strength meds on the nebulizer. We also placed Eucalyptus essential oil on her humidifier. She is thankfully better. We are elated to see she is getting better. We prayed fervently and constantly in our home pleading God to help our little Baby. We are so grateful our prayers were answered!
Once she started doing better, we really started being consistent in feeding her solids. She really enjoys sweet potatoes and her favorite baby food is the combination of broccoli, green beans and pears. She eats it up! When we went to LA, Grandma Gloria's present to Maya was a jumper. She loves it because it has so many toys and is practicing motor skills. She won't stay on the jumper for too long but, just enough for me to do a very quick task.
Maya and Melany continue to bond. One if the best things in the day is to see how Maya smiles and chuckles when she sees Melany. Maya will grab Melany's hair and laugh while she's doing it. Maya is so young but already is very playful.
