Sick baby

Life is full of its ups and downs, and fortunately/unfortunately our little baby had to spend the weekend in the hospital. I took her to the ER because of her really bad cough and chest being really congested. I never thought she would be admitted to the pediatrics for the weekend but I'm glad she got treated for her respiratory virus and is better now. It was a tough weekend and our poor little Melany had to go through so much.
However, she doesn't fail to teach me lessons every day. Even though she was in pain, poked at and had limited moving space, she showed so much resiliency and even woke up smiling at times. She is truly a blessing!
Thankfully my family and friends made this ordeal bearable. I was overwhelmed with their love and support by visiting Melany and I in the hospital. They are truly a great example of service and charity!
And luckily, Enoch is out of boot camp and since it was the weekend, I was able to find comfort in his voice and loving words. The nights were challenging but found strength to take care of Melany  with  the Lord's help.

She quickly found ways to distract herself
