Our energetic, fun and smart Melany turned 4 years-old! My family purposely flew here for Melany's Birthday. I wasn't going to have a birthday party for her this year, but since they were going to be in town, we just had to! I asked Melany what she wanted her theme to be, and she went from Daniel the Tiger to Doc. McStuffin. We don't have cable, but Hulu recently added some of her episodes and she's fallen in love with her. So I asked the help from pinterest and found some neat ideas.
We invited several friends from our ward for the fun. We had water balloons, bubbles, games like musical chairs, put the Band-Aid on the Stuffy(animal character from Doc McStuffin). And of course a Doc McStufifn pinata! It was hard work to organize but I could tell Melany was overjoyed! Emily took great pictures with our camera.
We love Melany's big imagination and her desire to learn both the Gospel, and school subjects. We love that she is always happy and always willing to help. She is turning in to such a beautiful little girl both on the inside and out.
