Trefflich Family Reunion 2016 activities photos

The 2016 Trefflich Family Reunion was in Big Bear Lake where we stayed in cabins near the lake. We did qa variety of activities and spend time with our loved ones. I also love that we were able to sneak in early morning runs and that all the cute little cousins were able to hang out and play together. We had a great time!

We headed to the Airport Friday night on June 24 and our flight was delayed for a bit for precaution of a possible bomb threat. After everything was cleared we took off, Melany and Maya loving the window and arguing on who sat by it. On Saturday morning, Emily took Melany to the movies and my Mom graciously watched the girls so Enoch and I could have a mini date in Santa Barbara.

We headed to downtown LA to get Enoch a suit and a dress for Danny and Carol's wedding, which was going to be the next day. Once we found the suit and dress, we drive through the traffic towards Santa Barbara. The traffic is something we don't miss of LA. When we got to Santa Barbara we checked in to the hotel and headed on our sunset sailing cruise. It was absolutely breathtaking and so relaxing! It was amazing to be there with Enoch and sharing that time with him overlooking the ocean and sunset.

The next day was Danny and Carol's wedding. It was such a beautiful ceremony and everyone looked so handsome in their suits. The whole day was so much fun!

June 2016 Happenings

I'm catching up again:) June was crazy busy but really fun!! All four of us hopped in our car and took the the 3 hour ride to Houston near the Rice University area to finish my second part of EMDR training. The girls had fun hanging out in the hotel, the park, going to Sprinkles cupcake store, Houston Children's Museum, The Aquarium. We also indulged in yummy Peruvian food and Guatemalan chicken we don't have in San Antonio. We flew to LA this month(but that will be discussed in a later post).
